Our transformation process is rooted in real community needs and lived experience. It unfolds in three core stages, guiding participants from awareness to self-sustaining artisan entrepreneurship.

JAAGRITI

Jagriti is the first touchpoint. It’s where trust is built, doubts are addressed, and hidden talent is discovered. It plants the seed of change in places where paid artisan work is still taboo.

Key Focus Areas

• Door-to-door outreach by local ambassadors

• Awareness meetings in safe community spaces

• Initial screening and documentation of interest

• Sharing stories of successful artisans to inspire new ones

SWIKRITI

Swikriti bridges the emotional and practical gaps between interest and action. Here, women gain the confidence to speak up, choose a craft, and imagine a different future.

Key Focus Areas

• Communication and self-presentation training

• Public speaking and self-confidence workshops

• Business literacy: pricing, budgeting, value calculation

• Personal mentoring and one-on-one guidance

• Craft pathway selection: weaving, pottery, bamboo, embroidery, etc.

AAKRTI

Aakrti is where transformation becomes tangible. Women learn how to make real, market-ready products, understand costing and packaging, and prepare to earn sustainably.

Key Focus Areas

• 2-month production bootcamp (craft-specific)

• Quality control and batch consistency

• Packaging, storytelling, and branding

• Market linkage preparation

• Guidance on government schemes and micro-loans

• Creation of SHGs and artisan units
