SWIKRITI
She didn’t just choose a craft. She chose herself.

Why SWIKRITI Exists
Even after agreeing to explore new opportunities, many rural women face internal and systemic barriers:
Self-doubt & shyness block participation in markets
Lack of communication skills prevents them from telling their own stories
Basic business fears—pricing, profit, paperwork—make entrepreneurship seem impossible
No clear path to pick the right craft for their talent and interests
Swikriti tackles each of these hurdles head-on, ensuring that every woman can step confidently into the next stage of her journey.
What SWIKRITI Does

The Bigger Picture
Real Story: Ayesha’s Voice
“In my village, women whisper—never speak up. In Swikriti, I spoke in front of sixty people about my dreams. I cried when they clapped. That applause was my permission to choose pottery.”
— Ayesha, Swikriti Graduate & Aspiring Clay Artisan
